Content and Intellectual Property

User-Generated Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the prompts and content you create on AgentLab. By making content public, you grant AgentLab and other users a license to view, fork, and build upon your work.

License Grants for Public Prompts

When you publish a prompt as public, you grant other users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to fork and modify your prompt. Attribution to the original creator is maintained through the fork relationship.

Copyright and Trademark Policies

You may not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights. AgentLab respects copyright law and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices.

Community Guidelines

Acceptable Use Policies

  • • Do not harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • • Do not post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • • Do not spam or engage in manipulative behavior

Content Moderation Standards

We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates our guidelines. Content promoting violence, hate speech, misinformation, or illegal activities will be removed.

Consequences for Violations

  • • First violation: Warning and content removal
  • • Repeated violations: Temporary account suspension
  • • Severe violations: Permanent account termination

Service Availability

Service Level Expectations

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

Maintenance and Downtime Policies

We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts service availability. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

AgentLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the Service. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AgentLab operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
